What does the traineeship consist of?

Learn by doing

One of the key elements of the traineeship and fully in line with our value “real experience”. You go at the customer’s site and you learn by doing. You make a plan every day and you get better at it every day. You learn how to interact with the different stakeholders and you create buy-in for your plan. You communicate about your plan in a transparent way. You incorporate the expertise of the different stakeholders in your plan.

Learn by coaching

A personal coach is assigned to you. Somebody who has already gained the ‘real experience’ and is now in an advisory role. Regular coaching sessions are planned and next to that, you can contact your coach whenever you see a challenge.

Learn by training

We foresee 15 formal training days in various topics:

  • Six Sigma (including certification)
  • Business Process Mapping (including certification)
  • Data analytics
  • Effective meeting skills
  • Lean management training (including certification)

On a regular basis, we setup Allics sessions where colleagues can learn from each other. This can take various forms:

    • Visiting a customer site
    • Using intervision

    Learn by studying

As a foundational layer of your traineeship (and your entire Allics career), we encourage and expect you to continue learning and studying.
