We help you excel in supply chain planning

with expert advice, skilled temporary planners and training.

Our Philosophy

We believe that it takes good teams to make good plans. In such teams, there is room and energy for systematic root cause discussions and continuous improvement, supported by strong leadership.

We don’t consider planning as an art. It is a standard process, using standard inputs and generating standard outputs. Planning tools can add tremendous value, but only when working on qualitative data, a well-designed process and capable teams. When these conditions are fulfilled, you can make your software shine.

Our Mission

We want all businesses to create effective plans for accurate deliveries, operational efficiency, and inventory control.

Our Tagline: Good Planning, Great Performance!

Good planning

A plan is a reflection of a conscious choice between service, inventory and cost where none of the three can be improved without impacting one of the other two. This choice and its implications are discussed transparently between the stakeholders, knowing that they have conflicting interests.

Great performance

A feasible, efficient, realistic and (sufficiently) stable planning ensures smooth execution.  This can impact up to 15% fixed plant costs, and 35% On Time In Full and 20% of inventories.

Allics’ contribution in AkzoNobel is greatly appreciated over the last 2 years in stepping up our planning and scheduling in Sassenheim!

Supply Chain COE Directory, Akzo Nobel

I wanted to reiterate how happy I am with the Allics consultant! She provides stability, tranquility and has made beautiful changes (better visibility in the RCCP power BI, we can now adjust the capa line towards the future, just to give a few examples). And always with a smile, even when the days are more difficult.

Emilie Colpaert

SC Manager, 3D Systems

I want to congratulate the Allics team for the step changes they have done with the buying team to prepare the selection for a new planning software.  The team is aligning on what the scope and the requirements should be, and Allics has brought rest in the process!

Next part of the MPS toolkit: Link S&OP to MPS

Next part of the MPS toolkit: Link S&OP to MPS I regularly get questions on how the different planning levels link: why do we do S&OP if we don’t “use” it on MPS level? Or, if we do ‘use it’, how can we then link it to the planning run on item level? And how...
